Reporting a problem

To help us fix things quickly, please include:

• The browser and device you use (for example, Chrome on Windows or Safari on iPhone)
• What you did, what you expected and what happened instead
• The file type you were working with (.xlsx, .xls, .ods or .csv)

If a sample file would help, make a copy with any confidential data removed first. Please never send us spreadsheets that contain personal, financial or other sensitive information.
